Not hearing anything in the news or anywhere? What's the current situation? Was the split from Dell really the last straw?

Big numbers gone , One Identity and Quest too. The triad is operational, it may now be even more impossible to raise like the Undertaker.
New layoffs today.
Yes it was. They're still generating income but any hope of a new product is just that - hope. They have nobody left in marketing to spread the word so even if they developed an app to cure cancer, nobody would know about it. Add the constant level of cost cutting (read layoffs), they're keeping the lights on until Jeff can get the books polished to sell things off.
