This is not the 1960's where a Sears employee could earn a decent living and retire comfortably.
Sears in 2019 is on its last breaths....No matter how things go at this point whether Eddie wins the bid or not, Sears is not going to last much longer....Eddie drove the company to bankruptcy through incompetence and things will not improve no matter the outcome of the bidding process.

Indeed led me to a Fulltime job where I have been for over a year now after leaving Sears.
Let's be honest, if we're working for Sears in Jan 2019, we don't have a great track record for being go-getters who make great life decisions.
