They just let go of 147 employees in Texas. This was predictable and easy to guess Layoffs were coming. This company is going to keep cutting. They do not want to pay benefits, so if you are getting benefits and are not management or in a union, you will eventually get disposed of wake up people.
Stop teasing us with layoffs! Again, we beg you, ATS, offer us some decent buy outs, and you can bring in your cheaper work force. Everyone wins.
And most rolt testing to termination is passing you clearly are clueless
Crew chiefs on the project have earned that being here over 25 to 30 years. Have way more experience than you and have been in this industry since were coloring with crayons. And driving to and from the jobsite you are on company time mo--n. Dont hate on other people cuz you didnt make the grade , are a slacker, and just came from walmart 5 years ago

uh here's an idea. Let's not pay LTA overtime from the time they leave the depot until the time they reach the job site or vice versa. I'd be more concerned about the LTA guys than anything. They better be considering all that overtime their VRP
Think about it, Construction Crew Chiefs making between $40. And $50. Bucks per hour with a crew pulling fiber and you as a company paying theses guys that kind of money and giving a ton of overtime and then having to replace broken or damaged fiber, are you kidding me, your not going to have some kind of lay off , what color koolaide are you drinking. Friend I think you need to re clarify yourself. 😂
