VCP pay dates are much more later in 2019 it was announced in trainings. One also loses it if a RIF happens or they leave Sabre first. This is no good signs. Look for RIFs soon.
The GLS is a boondoggle.
I agree there has been zero talk of VCP. Maybe the new HR hotshot is going to kill it?
Don't remember a year in the last decade where there has been so little mentioned about VCP. Perhaps the money is needed for the Leadership Conference?
