Can anyone in admissions, specifically at AI, go into detail about their pay & the changes in pay that happened couple of months ago? Does anyone know how much they are currently offering to new employees? I know this differs state by state.

whoever is planning to get a job here would be better if you just start a career on robbery with assault weapon. I think that is more decent than work in Ai

Isn't that more than double what an adjunct faculty member with a Master's degree and professional experience in their field can make teaching the maximum of 10 classes?
This isn't the USSR. People get paid differently based in a variety of different factors.

The person that stated everyone should be paid the same amount performing the same job surely must never have worked for a company longer than one year.
Everyone doing the same job should be paid the same -- especially in a non-profit
