Just wait until you hear about the new pto or lack there of that they are rolling out for 2019. Everyone loses 8 hours but no one is going to be told about it unless you ask hr1connect

Implement a new "process" but do not communicate it until after the fact? Way to go DCEH! Why dont those that implemented this change actually use Kronos themselves and get docked 15 minutes from returning from lunch because the kronos webpage doesn't load! Or get penalized for being late as you wait for your computer to boot up because your systems s---? Be innovative DCEH and implement things that are beneficial to the employees not just your high paying officers that do not even use the system
