Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

thelayoff.com = rumorville site not a preaching forum

I don't know anything new about job layoffs at DST. So I am done with my thought process on this. Now is the next persons turn to state if they know anything or not. Not that hard. Apparently is rocket science to some on here. Yes we get there are things going on with the stock market. Preach elsewhere. Only want to know if people know or don't know if there are layoffs happening or not.

Transaction...

OP wants someone to hold his hand and tell him only a few people in some dwindling dst business unit are being let go and that there are no more layoffs and everything is safe.

The reality is we are in uncharted territory regarding our future, ALL of us. If you can't swallow that, you have no business trying to run with the big dawgs. Strap some balls on and get a grip.

Yes, layoffs are imminent no matter where you work. If you can't read the writing on the wall ain't no way you're gonna survive the sh!t coming down the road.

Man, what a pvssy.

Maybe look for another job? Why let a potential layoff drive you crazy?

It’s always the people that obsess over being laid off, that are the ones that eventually get laid off.

I'd say at least another 10% of company is gone by 2nd qtr of 2919. Unfortunately I've seen this scenario far too many times over last five decades. Prepare to be laid off, if you're spared, be grateful and no frivelous spending. Be ready. You just never know and everyone gets laid off sooner or later in their careers.

Yes, I heard layoffs by April, but now departments are looking to shed more heads because of the current financial turbulence.

Easier to hire cheaper workers when we get out if a bad financial situation.

Don't be surprised to see more people laid off than originally planned.

Yes, there are layoffs planned before April 2019. Hope this helps.

BTW, now that market is headed south, there will probably be even more people laid off since December changed everything. This is just the way it is during bad financial times.

Good luck.

So you want to know if DST is having layoffs, someone puts some detailed information about current stock market conditions and where the entire USA/global economy is headed, and you don't like that answer, so you throw a temper tantrum?

Your statements are banal and unhelpful. Yeah sure, markets fluctuate blah blah. It's like you're a baby who's only just begun to pay attention. The point is some people have dates and numbers, and can share real actionable information about the situation at DST (former DST that is) but all your jabber is noise on the line. GTFO Troll!

Hmm. You be first on my list to layoff, you sound like a complainer and a whiner.

Open your eyes, you don't need anyone on here to confirm layoffs are going to be happening everywhere. No industry is safe. We are in a bear market, headed for a recession, possibly a depression.

Buckle up, buttercup.
