I have never worked with so many graduates in my life as with BHGE.
Shows you how little you know about this industry and why BHGE is failing so badly.
No one to learn from, graduates and guys with less than 5 years industry experince caused tens of millions in down time , had is run off jobs as don't even understand the basics and that was just our department , same I was told by others.
I was told to lie to clients time and time again about how these young grads had far more experience than they did, chage reports and cover up simple mistakes so we could not be be sued .
Bhge is a joke of a company these days in the north sea.

If it’s so bad why are we recruiting more new enginners than any other company right now?
The company is focused on nudging our the old school employees who don’t have skills for a company in the digital age and replacing with new more skilled people
It’s a changing of the guard so to speak and nothing to be worried about and indeed it is to be praised
I left BHGE to go to weatherford 2 years ago as far better pay.
My day rate went up alone 30% and pension was actully good, they have far more work but also have lots of staff so not working away all the time.
Bhge thinks working away 80 to 90% of the time is ok as long as they hit targets , zero intrest in family life, worst company I ever worked for and gear from people still there it's 100 times worse.
Looks like aberdeen office has learned ther lesson 😂😂
