Juniper Summary

Profession Services Security Engineer (Former Employee) – San Jose – June 18, 2018

Juniper - terminated me after 11 years , 2 days after I had come back from medical leave.

I enjoyed the people . The salary was good . When it comes to fine tuning the workforce, I consider what they did pretty immoral. At the very least with 11 years of experience they could have let me look around the company for another job.

At termination, I was disconnected from company website in 15 minutes time. My laptop, Juniper's laptop was remotely turned down within the day. With 11 years of service I was terminated within 3 days after coming back from a medical leave of 6 weeks.... Not very nice!"

audit of spending of Un-PS will reveal skeltons in their closets . Those who are familiar know very well how they spent money on personal and expensed it. I hope the new leader replacing JI will look into matter and clean up the lower tier mismanagement. Corrupt practices all the way down to individuals.

OP, you are not alone. Many people are treated unfairly this way at Juniper. Many good people, competent employees, are being pushed out frequently, to make room for more obnoxious, self serving a-holes to take charge and be in control. That is why Juniper is losing it's footing in the technology space it once held a dominant role.

Payback is coming. I don't wish anything bad for any good people, but the evil id--ts in charge will get what they deserve in time.

Legally, they can’t terminate you during medical leave.
