There are many positions opened in MetricStream. Before joining here ask for Severance pay if company terminate you. Join here only after you have at least 3 months Severance pay in US and 6 months in India in case company terminate you - make sure you have this in offer letter. If HR say no then note that there is going to be no guarantee for the job. I know no company guarantee the job, but unfortunately MetricStream don’t know whom to terminate and whom to keep. Though you joined a month ago they still terminate you. Each teams will have multiple managers. One manager interviewed and recruited you, then the other manager don’t like you because your joining is not his decision and terminate you.
