Anyone else having a problem trying to enroll for the remaining of their COBRA for 2019?
I was part of last year's wave. Things have been going great while working with CA HR. Then it when it came time for open enrollment I found out that going forward Broadcom was going to be the administrator. Since then I have been getting the royal run around with no tracking numbers and just first names of level 1 support people in a call center for over a month now.
My issue is, "caller cannot be found in system" reason for no incident with tracking number, "caller cannot be found in system".
Verbal promises that I may show up in 2019 and it would be the same. The same as what? I am not sure which way this is going but I can only help the will be continuing the plans we currently have.
To anyone still there, have the medical plans changed much from last year when CIGNA was still available?
