Formal Bankruptcy Docket Suggests NO BID from Fast Eddie

The time stamps on the latest documents published to the bankruptcy docket suggest Eddie Lampert did not submit a bid by the 4pm deadline.

Documents have been published just before 3pm and at least 15 minutes after 4pm... with no sign of a rescue bid from Lampert. That could suggest, assuming documents are being published to the docket in time stamp order that he did not submit a bid.

Could it have been filed by a different party to hide it? I'm not able to go through each one, but it seems there are "filed by" entries on EDGAR.

It doesn't matter to me because I got out, but Eddie could have filed for an extension. Only reason I can think of to do that would be to hold off on an SEC investigation.

Sears Holding Corp. has not filed anything with #SEC as of 4:20pm. So how "real time" is the SEC EDGAR database?
