Thread regarding ADP layoffs

What are we looking at in 2019?

Any chances we'll see some improvements at ADP next year? Or at least an indication of something better in the future?

I know there's a very slight chance of that with the same leadership at the helm that put us into the position we are in right now, but stranger things have happened, right?

Or maybe not...

HR on deck this morning. More massive layoffs at the Alpharetta facility this morning. Metal container in directors offices. Each time someone was called in, HR went to that desk to get the employee's personal stuff. The employee didn't even get to go back to their desk. Very sad and what a way to show appreciation for the way these people busted their chops to complete the Year End tasks. Let's hope they get a decent severance but I'm not holding my breath. :( I took the VERP in June 2018 and never regretted it. Found out one of the "laid off" was someone who had as many years as I had with the company and they declined the VERP in 2018. Should've, could've, would've.

I am still currently seeing the largest a--hole CEO still in charge of a company who has cut thousands of well paying jobs across the country. This trend will continue every year with ADP. There is no long term future working at ADP.

I was thinking, and it occurred to me what cowards and incompetent the floor managers, supervisors and directors are, don't they ever say cut it out this are human people not machines, they employees contribute to this loser company, instead they walk around with their tails between their legs, curtsying to the wishes of next level managers instead of defending the so called team, id--ts that makes the a loser team leader, what mo--ns lower management is.

I am seeing a 0% chance of improvement in 2019 for ADP. In fact, I think that things will get worse not better due to the challenges facing this company as outlined in other posts on this site.

Not to come across as a cynic here but I’d say there is a better chance of lasting peace break it out in the middle east than anything positive coming out of ADP.

This company is now run by scumbags plain and simple.
