What's this talk about January 15 layoffs at HE? Was there an announcement in all this madness that's been going on today that I've missed?

There are so few people at HE anymore that I don't think they even need to lay anyone off at this point to meet their numbers. It really is a skeleton crew in some departments while others are okay. I would guess we have no more than 500 working at HE anymore.....no idea in San Francisco but that can't be more than 200.
