Reviews was really bad, compensation was really bad Managers gave best ratings to their own favorites, even if they did not do anything. This company is all about favoritism, nepotism.... s---s!!!

If you are a high performer, you will fare much much better financially and career-wise elsewhere other than Q, like a FAANG. If you're a mediocre engineer, or a useless manager at Q, your best bet is to stay put and rest & vest until you're asked to leave or the ship completely sinks. Good luck to all
I jumped ship for a FAANG in 2016. Great salary, bonuses and RSUs. Performance is properly rewarded. Accounting b---s--- is minimized.
I wrote great reviews AR17, yet two of my reports got axed with a GTFO offer. I know this, much does not make sense anymore
