Recently i heard that Deloitte will acquire a new company that are based on providing IT Security Consulting. How true is this, do we need to gear up for a new round of layoffs due to this?

No layoffs based on this, look at the bench report, there are no resources with security skills on the bench - the area is in large demand and we cannot staff projects that we sell.
WE will be acquiring someone, not sure who, it makes sense and we've done things like this before when we wanted to make inroads into aerospace, government, etc - we buy companies.
