They want share price to go down to 25. Then they go PRIVATE. Their intention is very clear. They want just royalty business with just 800 employees. Who suffers? Small and medium shareholders, employees working from last 15 years.

Qualcomm is at #9, ahead of miceosoft AMD erc. So definitely not the lowest in tech sector. It is our exec mgmt that is lowest quality in entire tech sector.
Earning per employee for Qualcomm is too low. Apple is highest. Even qcom with just 800 employees Earning per Employee is low. I am just saying productivity is very low, management should squeeze it and make it efficient with proper structure, by retiring old directors and senior directors. Lot of politics going at lower level is not coming under upper management attention. Overall productivity of Qualcomm is lowest in the Tech sector.
