MetricStream is going to end year with layoffs and reorg

Leadership team must be laid off first for this company to survive.
Reorg is not something new in MetricStream and never helped the changes. That’s means wherever the bad managers they won’t change, only employees under them will change and get effected. Last year management did reorg and they moved many resources to RND. And they terminated with in three months after people moving to RND. Whether employee move from one org to another org and manager change department in reorg process the effected person will be employee only.
Let’s hope at least this time company focus on managers and directors of no use and terminate them. And don’t forget A’s and V’s simply still working in the company without helping on recovering company.
