I get wanting to be a unified workforce so we can collectively bargain for pay and benefits and have a say in our workplace but geezus alot of you guys are unreal. Wanting the company to do bad, the stock to tank, company go bankrupt...man if your that miserable just go hang yourself from the shower rod in your bathroom if it will support your fat a$$. Or better yet smart guy just go find another job. Wishing for a vrp? You think that will solve your problems? After the tax man takes their portion and you end up with 60% pay and you and your family are on their own for health care? Wishing charter will take over? Charter is in the hotseat with the feds and new york state and is on the verge of being kicked out of the state and finding a successor. And their $86 million a year man Rutledge can give a rats a$$ about you or his employees , union or not, or his customers. Charters bottom line is his main concern.

He's not really wrong though. It's maybe a little cathartic to b--ch and whine, but at the end of the day you're still a whining b--ch. What does a company owe us really? A paycheck for work done. If we don't like it, start looking elsewhere, or create our own companies, right? If you want a company that has your values go out there and make one. Tons of folks are self employed.
