I'm also quite certain HR can offer a relocation bonus to India. Just another symptom of your can't do attitude.

You keep on going to that, but that's really just a justification for your own arrogant, unjustified, and unearned entitlement. If you really want to help Indian women we can given them your job. After all, why have a racist, entitled arrogant iPhone for $1000 when you can have a $200 iPhone that feels privileged and appreciative for the opportunity.

It's a theme that keeps on coming over and over again. Why you can't justify your own existence at State Street on grounds of diversity, or Americanness or whatever. If what you did was uniquely valuable it brought great value to the company, there is no way that the company would let you go. That you feel threatened by offshore wages is prima facie evidence that what you do is worth less than the wage of a plug and play offshore worker, and thus you resort to the tactics of otherness and appeals to nationalism by attacking a weak underclass that would make mid 20th century propagandists proud.

It's not a level playing field - You cannot live in this country for what they pay someone in india. You shouldn't support a culture that is so corrupt and that treats woman badly. Plain and simple. Tell them to clean up their act, then we'll talk.

You're free to compete on a level playing field. I'm sure if you offer to work at the same wage scale and benefits as the folks in India, HR will work something out for you. We'd hate to discriminate.

WJ8Lv9A-uxv - I'm an AMERICAN first and I'd like to feed my people first.

Rainmakers will never have to worry. We bring in the business that gets everyone fed. If you're in the part of the part of the business that falls under overhead, you're SG&A that's always subject to getting offshored. If you can feed five Indian families for the price of one American worker, I'm with Bill Gates. You're doing something right in the world.

You think people from the SPDR team want to give up their fat bonus so that we can beat CS, Fidelity , etc?! think again.

Ever think that maybe you're not suited for client facing work? It helps to genuinely enjoy the work.

We should put the clients on roast. They fight for ESG but they don't give to c-aps about the people who service them. It's so hypocritical.

Clients prefer low prices. Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Scottrade/TD, Vanguard, Robin Hood and such are ruling the roost now, not to mention Sears giving way to One Click buying on Amazon. We're fighting John Bogle and low expense ratios now, and that means cutting the fat where it makes sense to do so. A couple of dozen people bring in almost 90% of the bacon, and everyone else is just window dressing.
