Nothing made me feel more like a POS than last year when no cost of living increases and less bonus/LTI grant and DH got 5 mill increase in total compensation (majority stock options) last year. Followed up by layoffs. DH completely earned it riding the backs of the employees who got nothing
Maybe we should replace DH with the contractor. At least they seem to have some common sense. Hell most of them are more business savvy then our very own employees
DH will still make $13 mil despite the incompetence, what a tragedy. God help Devon.
Well the guy in charge, DH, has never added value to any Co he has been associated with, so this scene is not a surprise.
Honestly , I want my bonus and pink slip ASAP.
