Amazing that the people who brought this company along before IPO, primarily in Sales, are long gone. Now Gaut is back and what he does not realize is that he had the right pieces in Drilling - and gave it all away hiring his pal from HAL and putting him over Drilling. Now we sit here with little left here and getting ready to layoff again. Get rid of the bean counters Cris!

Another sad tale of a strong independently owned company being squashed by corporate ideals. Just look at their stock!!! And, no one knows what to do, yet they are in charge. Very easy. Build valves that do not leak, ship them on time.

This company and the people they hire is unreal. Headed to bankruptcy. Poor relationships. Cris Gaut and his hires are horrible (Prady, Bement, etc.)
