Is anyone else experiencing this at their campus? Various service providers have been calling our school saying that they haven't been paid for their services.

2die Does this apply to admissions calling students to collect debt?
You may be entitled to cash compensation for phone or debt collection harassment

Yes then certified letter with due date of Jan 10
If you think they have gone too far, I think this information at https://www.whycall.me/news/judge-rules-that-targets-harassing-debt-collection-calls-crossed-the-line/ might helps a little bit. The debtor might have done wrong because they don't pay the debts on time, but they don't deserve to be harassed like this. Debtors could try to sue the debt collectors if that happens.
1rjf --- I bet before March -- before the show cause runs out for aio
Isn't the Art Institute of Seattle only have a campus director and registrar now? Students advising students on what classes to take... that has to be against some sort of accreditation rules. This used to be one a larger campus. EDMC sold the space years ago and it is being leased but with Seattle expenses, I'm sure it is prime land. The rooms on the west side have a few of the water. Condos would do very well.
When is this a absorption supposed to happen?
Art Institutes are pretty much done. There was a big meeting at AUO today to discuss AUO admissions absorbing Ai and South inquiries.
The next logical step is campus closures.
High earning for DCEH executives just not for graduates of their Ai programs.
Minimum wage is going up, maybe Ai grads will get a raise and ability to pay back those student loans.
It’s high earning... I love my recruits!
1tcn Agreed, Ai has done nothing to stand out, nothing innovative or become renown for any educational programs. The types of programs at Ai are offered through many for and non profit art schools, all traditional colleges, most without the bad press Ai has received and without Federal lawsuit and bankruptcy issues. Even AiO can take a hit, most colleges have online components and some fully online offerings.
None of the programs offered through Ai have high earning potential.
Anticipate a bunch of Ai’s closing jan-june
Its just not a sustainable and nobody wants those programs anymore
If you want to see if your campus is closing, check with your buildings realtor to see if the space is up for rent!
Thats how we knew the ship was sinking back in June before the EDMC/DCEH announcements.
Our campus has not paid there lease in months. First sign your campus is closing.
Every time i think about the decline of Ai it flat out saddens me.
Several campuses lost Presidents and Deans; now have Campus Directors running the place with the registrar... dodging bill collectors...
No campus president at AI Las Vegas
Yep. It’s happening at our campus! I’m at an AI campus.
A campus without a President? How many of these exist? Which campuses?
Our president was laid off.
Rumor is, he's still getting calls for unpaid bills at the campus...
