This is just so sad. That the workers that run this company each and everyday get the shaft, while the ones that set this company up for failure get bonuses, oh yea don't forget the judge I'm sure he Probably got a bonus too. What amazes me is how our government and our judicial system is letting this happen. I know our fore fathers are rolling over in their graves at the way our nation is being run and destroy today. Our government is so worried about other nations, instead of what is going on in it's own back yard. Its sad that the upper people, can't call them management cause they couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag with a map and a flashlight, get to reap from their failures. While we the employees and past employees get the shaft. The sad part is that we as employees past and present have to deal with all of this, because we all have morals and have a heart, unlike some. Lastly is the Bill of Rights especially the 1st. Amendment Which is, Freedom of religion, Speech, press, and assembly; right of petition. So that is why I am leaving my name at the end of this. and if anyone of the upper people has a problem with my rights as a United States American, Oh well get over it!

As an appliance associate at a currently up and running "go forward" Sears store I would advise all my friends and family to never buy anything from there unless it was something on closeout for a steal with the delivery delays on products people will never get plus your warranty will be voided and any protection you buy in the next few months.. .funny how every state bankruptcy attorney banned the sale of protections plans after Oct 20th but then reinstated them after they re-worded the contract to make so they're not liable after full liquidation......but atleast the execs are getting fat bonuses while the appliance associates are getting 100s of dollars deducted from their check who work on 100% commission to pay back what they owe from October when the company filed for bankruptcy when literally 70% of the merchandise was unavailable to even order.....they're literally taking 100s of dollars from our checks every pay period to make up for their incompetentcy and false product availability ......the whole company is garbage and buying from Sears is just supporting corporate greed.....the smart thing for all us Sears employees to do would be to organize a nation wide walkout .....could shut the whole place down without worker in less than three days and the execs wouldn't get their bonuses....they don't want to pay us why should we try to meet any sales goals and basically give charity work for greedy corporate pigs......I'll walk every sale from here on out and am 1000% on board for a whole company walkout.. ..the customers media and everyone would be on our side....anyone have any ideas on how to make it happen let's do it.
Someone needs to re-read the Constitution. LOLZ!
