How did you like the review process this year? You did not even need to participate. Take your unjustified rating and eat it.

I did not have to do anything which is fine because in years past effort in one's pmp was never rewarded. You can note all your accomplishments, they do not matter. Your raise and bonus have been predetermined, take it from a 25 year employee.
you still believe or have faith in those reviews? All bonus numbers are trickled down from SVP and above; by the time you get yours, you are getting crumbs.
I agree but your rating is directly related to your raise and bonus. I decide my team's bonuses and it's part of the formula.
Reviews are a waste of time, they are not going to protect you from being laid off aka outsourced.
You can get the highest ratings of your reviews for 5 years, work 50+ hours a week and when the time comes for layoffs you will be let go.
