The STAR portal is the worst thing to happen to this campus. It doesn’t work. It has made life miserable.. completely taken away efficiency, speed and accuracy. It’s why I’m quitting. I went from making 70-80 calls a day to calling the same 15 people 3 times a day. Rediculous. Documents are dissappearing. I way to quickly look up notes. FAO’s don’t use it so we can’t access their notes. We loom like fools using this thing. Ugh. Ok rant over.

Its not running well but ur manager is clueless if she or he cant tell ya how to stop callin the same people over and over.
STAR is a customer relations management CRM tool. It’s Microsoft dynamics 365 and it s---s donkey dork. It wasn’t tested before launch, it’s slow, the functionality is awful, and the company is flying blind using it. It has made everyone’s job harder.

I use it to look up nudes at work. Yeah they load slow but then again that just lets me get a good secret jerk in my cube. I just fire in the floor if you’re wondering.

The Star portal is a good example of DCEH trying to fix something that wasn't broken. Terrible application.
