Qualcomm representatives believe that Apple is still in violation of the imposed selling ban on some older models of iPhones even though it presented a software update that allegedly “took care” of the software patent issues that are being disputed. Meanwhile, Apple is still selling these models in China. Either Apple is not taking this ban seriously, or they think they are too powerful that no one can stop them, not even a court ban.
