There was some talk recently that there would be some changes made to severance policy. Does anybody know if something came out of that?

Not hearing much on severence anymore. I think that ship has sailed. Things seem to be settling in until the noticed employees leave with their packages on their pre determined leave dates' If you were waiting for a package you missed the boat Will there be more layoffs? Yes! Will there be another package? Don't count on it. Probably some token money thrown at us.
How many total weeks are we entitled to? Is there a cap for the total number of weeks no matter how long we have been here?
Less money for the severed. Did you expect another answer?
