Should I take that as a good sign? Could it be that the next year could be a good one for us?

When did manager/supervisor translate to “someone who we aren’t really sure what to do with”? Can’t tell you how many ppl I have reported to who were clueless about their new assignment. Reports,teach them and guide them with powerpoints for their 10 daily meetings. Make sure to attend the 3 planning meetings daily regarding the wells coming up next month. Send 40-50

We may already be in a recession and the government is in chaos so that isn't helping to stop the bleeding. Not sure how an already mismanaged company, deeply in debt and with no strategy to develop clean energy can survive.
Hopefully things get bette. The stock price is currently $2.02. I think the market will continue to drop.

WTI under $50 is obviously a great sign. You should obviously go out and take out a mortgage on a vacation home now.
