If a company want to earn more money firing people MUST pay them a lot. Stop !!
@WG6qFlV-jooo things are changed. Also consider that the salaries are considerably lower than in other countries, then when you have to pay the severance is based on that salary
It’s extremely expensive to get rid of people in Italy. Nearly impossible. CA had a policy in many groups to not hire any more people there, with good reason.
