has anybody received fiber training where it has been released? I'm talking outside of the build guys. Just curious

Hey Carlos how you doin! 👷
aa 'aa'
If the same tech was in a union the answer would be yes.
Here's what management had to say about SCTE fiber training when ATS was first introduced.

"They are our fiber techs. Many are now very experienced and good at what they do. I know first hand from working with them."
okay, so they're an experienced "sham tech" 😂😂😂😂😂🤡
They are our fiber techs. Many are now very experienced and good at what they do. I know first hand from working with them.
No, they are not. Restore a fiber outage with multiple breaks after a hurricane wrecked the plant. Then maybe you’ll be a fiber tech. Electric tape, and a lasher rope does not make you any kind of tech, except a sham tech.
Are FTTH splicers really "Fiber techs"??
Why would you get training. You’re a cable puller not a fiber tech
First it was if you didn’t go to ATS you’d never touch the fiber, now it’s a union thing. Aren’t you guys tired of being led around by the nose. When the work needs to be done, you’ll get it. What a bunch of twats!
Not sure where the post said anything about the union. Always shows up though
Construction and outside plant are non union you won't be touching fiber no cross training. Now go back to your route and don't complain.
Nope and never will !!!!!
