Thread regarding MetricStream, Inc layoffs

Question to CEO

Dear CEO of MetricStream - why failure of leadership should effect employee job?

Don't you know who is reason for 2017 layoffs?

Terminating employees who are not responsible for loosing customers is fine but keeping leadership and management for this situation is not a greatest idea and it will bring down company values.

On top of that again promoting employees who did nothing for company - isn't it looking fair for you?

Can you give one simple logic of shortlisting employees for termination?

Performance is bad?

High salary?

Completed 10 years?

To Save your pets and scapegoat others?

Or random like lottery?

It's not what you know, it's who you know. If your parents hasn't taught you that by fifth grade, they failed as parents.

that’s what we are saying here, performance is not at all considered in MetricStream. People work or doesn’t work, if you are Management friendly you will be promoted, get good hike and safe the job in terminations. That’s MetricStream management.

In my team employees with 3.2 rating still working in company and employees with 3.6 are terminated. So 3.6 are bottom performers and 3.2 are top performers?

So 4.4 out of 5 in annual appraisal is called bottom performer?

Gotta align costs with declining revenues. Been the way of business for thousands of years. The bottom performers go first. Sorry if you were one of them.
