I have got 400 rsu..does that mean from 2019 every year I'll be getting 100..and if I'm fired I'll be getting all 400 at once

Just one thing to add. You will get new grants in 2023. So the vesting will be accretive in 2024 onwards. Also, do you guys not have any existing RSUs which are vesting in 2019 onwards from previous CA grants, which adds to this multi year equity?
Each grant kicks in and takes 4 years to fully vest
Example 400 Total RSU
Grant 1: 100 RSU
*March 2020 (25) 2021 (25) 2022 (25) 2023 (25)
Grant 2: 100 Total
*March 2021 (25) 2022 (25) 2023 (25) 2024 (25)
Grant 3: 100 Total
*March 2022 (25) 2023 (25) 2024 (25) 2025 (25)
Grant 4: 100 Total
*March 2023 (25) 2024 (25) 2025 (25) 2026 (25)
Notice the years each grant begins. It takes four years from that date for them to become fully funded.

Just put an example of how this works under “Welcome Letter / Stocks.” Like other poster said, you won’t see any of this if fired. Full amount, divided ito 4 grants gets paid through 2026.
If you have old CA stock still pending vesting and are fired “without cause”, that old CA un-vested stock fully vests. (Example your job/role goes away)
Fired is zero. Leave on own is zero. Need to stay until 2023 to cash out
Are you the same person that asked if Broadcom lays you off you get to keep your laptop? It’s amazing India got the RSU award they did. Likely if Your fired you get nothing. RSU under CA accelerated because of unusual circumstances change in control part of the deal. If your RSU accelerated after being fired we would all perform like Hyderabad (taking several long coffee breaks, etc) RSU is to improve performance not worsen it.
