It’s just “fake hr” anyway. They never know anything about health insurance or 401k like they would at a normal company. Good riddance
All our personal does sit in the office barks out orders acting like they are the store manager in our store
Well, WHOEVER does it will have big shoes to fill! Management is lost without them.
I am a TC in personnel. Our market manager said both the PC and TC is going away. There will be one position in HR. It will be a different job code. It will look like this. It will either be an hourly that reports to HRMM, salary that reports to HRMM or salary that reports to the store manager. If it is hourly, we will have to reinterview for the position. The sad part was the time line he gave us that this is expected to happen is 2 months to 2 years. He looks for it to happen in the first quarter though. We are basically screwed though because unless a dept. mgr. position opens, we lose money.

TC position will go away and Feb is a great time frame to guess it will become public.
It’s not a very well kept secret now though.
Your gonna feel real dumb when your on the streets on feb 2nd.
And you're going to feel even dumber come February 3rd. Wishful thinking on eliminating Personnel.
