Who knows if we are employed in 2023, or whenever, but ceo did say that in 2023 you get new grants, so these stocks vesting should get back up higher with new grants. Too much out there to think. Based on ground realities, I think these grant are making people think at least one more time before hitting the exits. But the macho crowd here ;) is fixated on minimizing this

SSE did you get 550 for all 4 grants? I think you are level 3.
If thats the case... It's in line with recommendation. As you go from level 3 to 4, and then to level 5, you almost (80-90%) double, thus get to ~2000+ for level 5 as OP mentioned.

Bonus is the same across each rank n level. RSU varies
Are these RSU count different for each level? Within a level, are they same or varies within a level too?
OP is a little bit high. The SSE is a little bit low. It seems
Yea 25% of salary as target bonus. Broadcom's salary is average. It is the bonus n RSU that is not average
25% target bonus per year. The RSU is spread out over 4 years. Broadcom paid for top guys and only want those guys. OP grant is inline with what the rest of broadcom are getting.
what is the logic behind these RSU numbers? Is it say 25 percent of basic salary?
How comes Broadcom is giving such huge stock options. Any ulterior motive
