So word is we are going to get big chunky offer Monday. The first grant won’t vest until spring 2020. Lots of time for Broadcom to pull the rug. I heard Broadcom likes to manage out the bottom 20% every year. Broadcom c-aps? Hunger games ? Game of thrones? Pick your analogy it’s going to get ugly. True, I have worked so hard all these years, now I am in transition, the guys who didn’t work hard, spent time in gossiping, in politics, got the stay. Can’t figure out transparency. Can’t figure out what logic went through the minds of those who prepared the list.
You could cut the bottom 90% and I'd still have a job. It's easy to succeed at CA because everyone who has been here for years is a total slacker.
There have been plenty of bottom 2-5% years, but no bottom 20% years. Some years no layoffs at all.
I have so many knives in my back already. So many stupid and incompetent people at CA. All they know how to do is office politics rather than spending the time doing their job
