Intel is a horrible software company their main business expertise is still is growing and slicing crystals they fired their CPU architecture teams 4Y ago to free up $$$$ for more marketing parts names.
Anyway Intel is so horrible at software their basebands don't work so Apple has to hire these disgruntled Q workers to develop patches to make them work ...
Are all those locations for developing their modem? Or maybe Apple will finally develop their own cloud. Not sure why Apple needs all these employees if all they're making is iterations of the iPhone, some with different form factors.
