New Benefits for A New Kind of Company. We are just numbers on porky's spreadsheet. Cost times headcount. "Let's think outside the box or at least outside our own rectums. Maybe employee benefits don't have to be a cost. Maybe they can be a profit center! By George, I think I've got it! Let's charge employees for their benefits! We'll book hundreds of dollars every year! Brilliant! Our customers will be dee-lighted with the happy quality workforce we'll attract!"
