I disagree, if it was the quality of my work then STT would have cancelled my 3 month contract asap.

Why pass this contract worker $21.00 an hour when you can get a cheaper contract worker.

Remember STT is doing anything to save a buck, so now they are replacing contract workers with even cheaper contract workers.

It was definetly the quality of your work.

I have 6 contractors in my group. They have alll been renewed at least once. The ones that weren't were all busts and just had their badges de-activated and replaced within a week.

Only had to "terminate" 2 prematurely for attendance/attitude issues.

I was lucky enough to get a 3 month contract with State Street , things were going great for me at the company.

At the end of my 3 month contract I was told they were not going to renew my contract for another 3 months. Two weeks latter I found out my contract position was replaced with another contract worker. WOW !!!!!!!

I know it was not the quality of my work since the papers I signed said, I could be terminated for any reason by State Street
