From what I'm hearing, this was one of the smaller rounds of layoffs at Kellogg's - can anybody confirm if this is true? And also, does anybody know if all the affected people have been notified or are there more notifications waiting to go out sometime this or next week?
It seems really cruel to do this so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas...

Current employee here, it was not just management that was affected. The total number is correct at 90, but the level varied. The change is a Sales and HQ restructuring of how we run the business. There is a lot of misinformation out there, per usual, so I would stress taking what you hear with a grain of salt.
I left the company earlier this year, but I just spoke to a former coworker who's still there in field sales. His team was told that 90 people in management positions were let go, but he wasn't sure exactly where they were in the organization.
