With no QMTs there is no way Sears will continue on much longer.
Many of the QMTs spent many years taking care of the worn out stores and now Eddie is just throwing them away.

I traveled as a QMT. Eventually the miliage stipend and other benefits were cut, as well as lower paid store personell and contractors taking over more duties, cutting back on the QMT numbers . It was a number game . Nothing more.
I exited for better pay , benefits , and working conditions . I stopped the slow bleed on my own . If you are working a trade, make the most of it . Best line I heard- Don't milk a dead cow .
I was a QMT year ago I spoke with the qmt that took over my section and he says he covers about the same amount of stores but like a bigger area most of the stores in my area have closed.
There is no way one QMT can cover that many stores in a week. I had five stores and barely kept up with them.
Thursday they have a huge meeting for all of qmt so I'm sure they will be getting some news
I have one Sears store and no Kmart's left in my area and the store manager said that the QMT from Indy comes to his store rarely. The QMT told him he has 50 stores that he has to take care of. That can not be true because there are not 50 stores left that are in that QMT's area that are within a days drive of him.
