Just got laid off via phone . I have been a very loyal and hardworking employee for +10 years .. I can honestly say that I have learned a lot and met some great people with the Kellogg company . But I also can honestly say that the direction they are going in is completely garbage .. all of the good people who actually knew how to run the company were let go over the past few years and the people who are left don’t know sh-- about the business .
It will be very difficult for them to attract good talented people with the reputation they have made for themselves cutting jobs every year and sometimes twice a year .. anyone with any sense would not come to work for Kellogg’s ....good luck finding good quality people!!
They are also selling off the Keebler and fruit snacks business which is also a very bad sign of worse things to come for the employees that are left .... good luck to all of those affected..
