The higher management folks from outside have ruined the innovation drive and energy of Intellites.
They have zero experience of running manufacturing and with design experience they will never be able to understand challenges in manufacturing world.
With so much money in their pockets they should bring innovative ideas to keep the jobs instead of laying off people.
The outside folks couldn't prove their metal in their past positions so I don't know how they can rudder the ship to right direction. So far it's not in the right direction.
TMG folks need to let go off their arrogance and resurrect ICF again.
Designers never understand manufacturing challenges and b--ch about it being easy. What I am getting at is higher management folks from outside will never understand the effort of manufacturing. To them it's design goes in and chip comes out . With this mentality they have restructured TMG and asking TSMC for help. Intel was in strong position to sell their In house tools along with the process but due to lack of vision of new decision makers they lost that opportunity. Now they are at mercy of TSMC, Cadence and Synopsys.
It is pity to know the new decision makers comes with such low vision which does not justifies their position.
If I have to switch jobs within the company there is no pay increase while these unworthy visionless decision makers comes from outside with significant pay increase and do all the damage to the company. I have failed to comprehend this in my brain. This itself has forced me to be in a position to not be in love with Intel anymore...
Don't rug out your visionless mind by saying you have to take tough decision of layoffs. Prove your position's worth by bringing innovative projects on the table that way you don't have to layoff people....
Don't prove your immediate presence by taking destructive decisions of layoffs or restructuring...
