If they aren't able to unload Alstom soon with the EU, yes, there will be no other choice. In case no one recognizes this, the Alstom deal was economic warfare.

Protected up to limits based on age when you start taking benefits. Currently about $3500/mo if you start at age 60.

Yes, of course. They leveraged up based upon sales projections that won't happen and spent the money on things that won't matter.

Bankruptcy is the end of that path.

That doesn't mean that everyone will be laid off but there will have to be some debt restructuring and will there be no money for multi year product design cycles.
