Can terminated employees (voluntary / layoff), sell vested RSUs/ ESPP from E-trade? Are there any other things to consider...

Read the manual dude. This forum is to uncover management secrets, not whats in plain sight.
vested yes; non-vested no. In fact unvested RSU are rescinded (you get squat)
