Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Has the official Black Friday ad been delivered to the stores yet?

Just curious since they are usually kept locked up until the event

Wd like to look at to see what we have in store that’s in the ad

Points back at selected stores...what a joke. We had the $300 back on L&G over the summer and had lots of people take advantage of the deal. The problem, we were not a selected store. We did not know that, our manager did not know that, our DM did not know that. How can all these people not know that our store was not a selected store? People are pi**ed about not getting their points and it is too late to return the items. Seems like the same scam for Black Friday. Get people to order appliances and mattress, get them to think they are getting points and then cancel the orders for lack of merchandise, blame it on the vendors and tell people that the store they bought from was not a "selected store"

$250 in Points when you spend $250 in SELECT store. What’s up with that? The Black Friday Ad wouldn't apply to closing stores anyways . Something is up. Maybe more stores being announced before Black Friday?

A couple good deals in the Kmart ad ($10 Rustler jeans are a steal and they last longer than Levi's.) ..$50 cash back on $50. Otherwise, same c-ap.

Why is "Availability may vary dependent on product" noted for all the appliances in the ad? Is that another way of saying "Fat chance that any of these products are available for purchase?"

Have a look. Simply too many hoops to jump through and a lot of waiting for points.

The Black Friday ad is already available on line.

Look up bestblackfriday.com and search for Sears.

With so much product no longer available or no longer sold at Sears, the ad is probably a couple of pages at the most.

It's probably the same stuff they used the previous black Friday.
