I worked at AI for many years in admissions and I got my masters degree from Argosy. I'm now working successfully in the field I chose. The education was effective for me and many like me. The level of instruction was excellent until the last six months of my degree when the campus was in teachout. The problem with this trailer is it is too one sided. Yes, these colleges should not be allowed to continue to operate as they are and receive federal financial aid bc of all the issues this documentary will most likely highlight. At the same time, there have been successful graduates, competent and gifted faculty and staff, and, well, recruitment practices are questionable at AI bc of the pressure and bullying by management, however, at no time while I worked there did I see people lying like I see in this trailer.
It’s a product and “students “ are consumers.
You’d say it’s ignorant statement ... but you depend on the system.
Education is Irrelevant. It’s a system to create dependency on money.

College in America is a scam. No matter what school you choose.
Luckily, none of that ever happened at The Art Institutes...
This is very sad. No one should ever make a decision that requires a large expenditure, like going to school, out of desperation. The predators know those insecurities and smell blood immediately.
Go to a reputable school, none of which is run by DCEH, and work your way through the local community college to see if you like it. If you show that you are as they used to say "college material," go on to a reputable four year school and take it from there and avoid falling victim to these horrible purveyors of failure.
