Everybody keeps talking about layoffs but have there been any in the past month or two? If there were, we are talking 2-3 people here, nothing serious or noteworthy.
I'm not saying there will be no more layoffs ever, but I do think things have been overblown lately.
Your an id--t you know that?!! Every emplyee that was provided an option to be laid off or take a reduction in title in April was laid off LAST MONTH. Where are you hiding? You must be one of those WFH mo--ns that get nothing done but seem very busy with projects mostly completed by outsourced personnel. Get a grip mo--n
If a wave of layoff is a followed by as phase of employees gradually leaving the company to join other companies then next layoff is not needed immediately..
As simple as that..
