BCG already gave us a roadmap, it says close all division except profit making royalty business.

The fact that BCG is still around is not a good sign.

Q was never good at making products anyway.. From the start, Q was an IP provider. Stick with what Q is good at makes sense.
Well 10K is unbelievable likely 6-7k cut in SD
Now management left with no option, lay off as much as possible, 10k in SD
