The Q mo--ns do want to talk to APPL on the understanding its about paying the 'alleged' licenses fees.
AAPL wont talk on that basis. Why would they ? They know the longer it drags out the worse it is for Q.
Recent court moves show Q is in a corner and getting desperate.
